Task 1: Electronic Individual Pathway Plan (IPP) and E Portfolio (5%) – develop or refine own electronic career portfolio, including own personal and professional skills and attributes, short-term goals and long-term goals

4. The factors that drive Organisational Restructuring including:

· Legal factors

· Environmental factors

5. Case study of Restructured organisations – Qantas

6. The impact of organisational restructuring on Human, Financial, Physical and Technical resources. (part of Entrepreneurial behaviours)

7. The impact of organisational restructuring on:

8. Change in the workplace can be influenced by changes in the following factors:

· Social changes (ageing population, gender roles, consumer preferences)

· Technological changes (new software, new operating systems)
