Welcome to the next edition of the Principal’s MIC where MIC M-I-C stands for Motivating, Informing and Celebrating life at the King’s College. I’m Orlando dos Santos. This week’s diary quote is from the famous writer Mark Twain. Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the things you did do. What a great thought. As most parents will know it’s very true. Coming up next week we have our Term 2 open night. This night is open to anyone who is looking for a great school for their children to attend. If you know anyone who would benefit from the awesome education students receive here at the college please invite them along. Invitations and details can be obtained from administration. Also next week on Wednesday we have out inter-house athletics carnival for all students. There’ll be more details about this shortly. Parents, please come along and support your child and cheer them on not just themselves but their house that they belong to as well. Also don’t forget our peripatetic concerts happening this week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I would love to see you there. For more information contact administration. And we’re getting very close now to the end of term two. How awesome has it been so far. I pray that the rest of your year continues to be better and better as we continue. God bless you and your family. I’m Orlando Dos Santos.
