As our Laboratory Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in the Science Department, helping bring lessons to life across a variety of disciplines, including Physics, Chemistry, Human Biology, Ecology, Forensics, Psychology, and General Science. Working alongside another Laboratory Technician and under the direction of the Head of Science, you will ensure that students and teachers have access to high-quality laboratory resources and safe, engaging, practical experiences.
Position Requirements
Assist teaching staff in planning and setting up practical activities.
Set up, calibrate, and operate laboratory equipment in alignment with lesson plans and student outcomes.
Prepare test solutions and other chemical materials following specific formulations. Organize and distribute class sets of chemicals, apparatus, and other materials.
Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and storage of laboratory equipment and glassware.
Handle and securely store hazardous chemicals in accordance with safety regulations.
Maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped laboratory environment that complies with health and safety standards, legislative acts, regulations, and school policies.
Support the Science department in creating engaging and inspiring science lessons.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Assist Science teachers with practical lessons and demonstrations.
Provide technical support and guidance to Science teachers and students as needed.
Participate in the procurement and inventory management of laboratory resources.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of our campus property, maintenance services, and capital projects. This is a key role that ensures our facilities meet the needs of staff, students, and parents while maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
Property & Services Management:
Oversee the maintenance and grounds staff, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Manage property projects, from planning to execution, including outsourced works like cleaning, security, and pest control.
Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual arrangements and safety regulations.
Project & Budget Management:
Plan, budget, and manage capital and maintenance projects, ensuring that all works are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare annual maintenance budgets for the Maintenance and Grounds teams and capital projects.
Work Health & Safety Compliance:
